Our RLP Program is designed to give residents a simple, convenient option to fulfill the insurance requirement of their lease.

Utilizing an online RLP platform, takes the burden of managing a RLP program off the property manager.

Adjudicating claims through a 3rd party seamless system makes property owners whole again in the event of a liability claim.
ABOUT THE RLP PROGRAM
Cell Brokerage partners with property owners to review all risks for their portfolio. As the program administrator for the property owner, Cell Brokerage will implement and administer the RLP for all properties, including the opt-out process.
Property owners could potentially take risk on their own portfolio of properties offering RLP.
Residents pay a monthly fee and receive a liability waiver for $100,000 and $10,000 for property contents coverage (up to state allowances).
